Event dates, programmes, exhibitor lists, and pricing may change. We aim to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail remains current until an event has concluded.

Submitting a form does not automatically confirm participation. Student entry, sponsorship packages, and exhibition stands are subject to confirmation by the Educafe team and any additional terms communicated to you separately.

You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or abusive content through our forms.
